Real de Seseña
Menchero group opened in November 2005 within Seseña, the new Residence for the elderly and Day Center. It is located in La Granja and Aranjuez streets, in front of La Guardia Civil and in a central area close to the bus stop.
It has room for 139 residents both able and assisted, a big number of them agreed with Junta de Comunidades de Castilla la Mancha.
The residents have constant medical assistance in double and single bedrooms that are fully equipped, with technical help. The residence also has: leisure areas, library, chapel for celebration of mass, game zone, audiovisual zone, maintenance area, specific therapies, a gym with the most modern facilities and personnel specialized in this kind of treatment.
There is also space for kitchens, dining rooms, multi-use spaces, living areas and two cosy inner patios where our elderly residents can perform all sort activities.
On top of this, there is most modern telematics , cctv, loud speaker system and telephone system, piped music, air conditioning, central alarm system and fire detection system, two lifts for eight people and one designed to accommodate hospital beds.
Residencial Real de Seseña operates like a five stars hotel with all types of commodities and services, as well as dedicated selection of daily menus. These menus will be adapted to any type of diet according to the needs of each resident, always prevailing the quality and variety of the products.
In this building the residents can also attend to external and internal services such as: podology. , hairdressing, first aid, and assistance agreed with private medical care.
