It is a company dedicated to the promotion, construction and sale of industrial and commercial buildings as well as housing. It also promotes the urban development of residential areas, tertiary and industrial.
Performances in Seseña:
Because of concerns about providing Seseña with those services and equipment that highlight the importance of the municipium within the province , we have developed an Urban Program in Action whose character is mainly residential and commercial and with a rational use from an environmental point of view. This PAU which we have named Centro Comercial Seseña Plaza will dedicate more than 25.000m2 to shopping area, amenities and restaurants. Nearly 1000 parking spaces , including the disable ones, will be located at the basement level. From there a number of escalators and elevators will take us to the main level which will hold the biggest stores. These stores will be organized in a number of corridors with zenithal lighting at two levels where light and colour play an important role. In the main floor will be located the multi screen cinemas which accomodate more than eight hundred people.
In the upper level, with a similar distribution, smaller shops could be located along with restaurants because they will have outdoor areas like terrazas to have a nice dinner al fresco during the hot summer nights.
The facades, with a modern and flashy design will be structured using the colours of the rainbow, which will create a very appealling sight for those driving the Andalucian road.
The outdoor areas of the shopping mall will contain pergola zones with material tents and marquees for the celebration of exhibitions, craft markets and green areas with sound and colour fountains.

In the core of the urban area Seseña Nuevo, within the residential area we have projected 8 stores and 12 duplex-apartments with parking space and storage room in the basement
Performances in Borox:
TERTIARY PAU IN NEW BOROX
Our contribution for Borox development takes place 15.000m2 in the border of Nuevo Borox. We will build a shopping mall, which the municipium doesn´t have at the moment an aparthotel with very affordable apartments especially for the young.
HOTEL "PUERTA DE LA SAGRA" Borox:45 rooms with all the mod cons of a comfortable and modern hotel. In total 2.380m2 in three floors.
